It is only possible for applicants to obtain protection of PCT applications in Cyprus by validation of a granted European Patent.

Annuities:

- payable from the 3rd year of protection up to the 20th year

Duration of protection: 5 years after the filing date

Assignment:

1. Signed and sealed Powers of Attorney in the name of the Assignor and the Assignee, no legalization

2. Original Assignment (or its Certified copy) or a signed and sealed Deed of Assignment, notarization is required
