“BrandValue” is an advanced system of indicator interference measurement that results in a specific brand (trademark) value based on financial and market parameters.

The calculated trademark value is based on the trademark earnings value. The trademark earnings value is defined as the present value of future trademark earnings.

  • Trade/service mark value consists of:
  • Trademark protection value (official trademark registration fees plus attorney fees)
  • Trademark earnings value
  • Tax amortization benefit
