Since our founding in 1992, along with the establishing of the Croatian state, Producta Ltd. has emerged as one of the best known intellectual property and law firms in Croatia and Central and Eastern Europe.
Our firm covers a full range of services in the field of intellectual property in Central and Eastern Europe, in particular for the territory of ex-Yugoslavia (Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovenia and Macedonia). We have established a really successful business network and we cooperate with our associates on a very close basis with some of their finest offices.
We also give great attention to building up a wide variety of contacts with our colleagues around the world and therefore, in order to improve of our attorney’s skills, we regularly participate in a lot of international IP conferences worldwide.
As a result of political and legal changes, followed by the development of technology and digitalization, the benefits of intellectual property rights can be acquired quickly and explicitly, more easily than in the past. Those changes have directly affected efficiency and speed of executing our tasks. Core activities

Our Team
Producta Ltd. is a group of intellectual property and legal professionals and specialists whose attitude is that our cooperative efforts will provide the best professional service in IP rights and legal affairs to our clients around the globe.
Our staff includes persons that have been comprehensively educated and trained for in the field of intellectual property, with a result that our personnel includes, inter alia, the co-authors of the Copyright and Related Right Law and the Patent Law, and those who are, as the short-time experts, involved in the ongoing CARDS program regarding the system of IPR in Croatia.
Furthermore, we would like to mention that our team includes people that have been internationally educated in the relevant fields of studies and that we are active members of international organizations such as INTA (an active member of INTA Bulletin Publishing Board), AIPPI, LES etc.
We would especially like to emphasize our experience in patent application drafting from various scientific areas including chemical, pharmaceutical and other related fields and our constant efforts to provide our clients with as broader protection as possible.
